This site contains information about virtual pets called Dinkie Dino. They can also be called as RakuRaku DinoKun or Dinky Dino depending on the region you have bought yours. Dinkies are available in four different color: green, yellow, red and white.
Unfortunately there are lots of fakes out there because Dinkies were so popular in the 90's. Typically the fake Dinkies have something like 24-in-1 or 49-in-1 (except 4-in-1) somewhere in their description. Dinkie Dinos aren't multipets, so everything that states so is a fake. If you are looking these from eBay the fakes are usually very cheap in their price, starting from 0.99$. The real deals are around 25$ or more. But still, be careful when buying from eBay or from somewhere else without seeing the actual product in your hand.

The last one, 4-in-1 Dinkie pet is very rare and is extremely hard to find. Same goes for the Dinkie Puppy, I haven't seem them at all. Penguins and Aliens can be seen on eBay sometimes but they too are hard to find like all Dinkies. Only the Dinkie Dino has many fakes. The others don't have them so much.
This site is only about the Dinkie Dino, but the others are very similar to it. Only the evolutions and shell design are different.
If you have your own dinkie you can check if it's real by checking few things. In the genuine the buttons are rubber-like material, some fakes have plastic buttons. If the shell is any other colour thank mentioned before it's a fake. You can compare the graphics of the pet to the ones on this site, they should match perfectly.
